The suffix [-li] added to
the noun “bisiklet” gives the meaning of “with; in”. There are four variants
that are used to convey this meaning: [-li, -lı, -lu, -lü].

Look at

Let’s say you want to say: “the
woman in the hat”, that is, the woman who has the hat. The words we are going
to need to say this in Turkish will be:
