Exclamations in Turkish are often expressed by using “ne” [= what] or “ne kadar”  [= how much]:

Burası ne güzel bir yer!
[= What a beautiful place this is!]

Ne kadar naziksin!
[= How kind you are!]

zarif [= elegant; classy; cute]

adam [= man; guy]

ya! [interjection= used to express surprise, frustration, anger etc.]

hoş [= nice; pleasant; sweet; good]

ne hoş [= how nice; how lovely]

değil mi? [= isn’t it? isn’t that so?]

Tip:
A tag question in Turkish is simply formed by using the phrase "değil mi?". In colloquial pronunciation, however, "değil mi?" is usually shortened to "dı mı?", with stress on the first syllable.
