[= what happened?; what’s the matter?; what’s wrong?] kusura bakma [= sorry; pardon me; excuse me; forgive me] Tip: The phrase “kusura bakma” is composed of the noun “kusur” [=impoliteness; fault] + the negative imperative “bakma” [= don’t look] from “bakmak” [= to look].
