323: Are you kidding me?

= What is this?

Parmak parmak.
= Finger finger.

Şaka mı yapıyorsun sen şimdi?
= Are you kidding me now?

[-mı; -mi; -mü; and –mu are interrogative suffixes used to make yes/no questions]
e.g.: Şaka mı? [=is it a joke?]

yapıyorsun [=you are doing; you are making]
(present continuous) from yapmak= to do; to make

şimdi [=now]

hangi? [=which?]

parmağındı [=your finger was].
Tip:parmağındı” is composed of “parmak” [=finger] + ın [=possessive suffix added to noun meaning: your] + dı [=past tense suffix= was/were].

kopan [adj.= severed; cut off]

yaptın [=you did]
(past simple) from yapmak= to do; to make

ne yaptın? [=what did you do?]

Tips:
In speech, “ne yaptın” is usually shortened ton'aptın?as said by Can in the video.

Another way of expressing the question "Hangi parmağındı kopan?" is "Kopan parmağın hangisiydi?" [=Which severed finger was it?]
