306: Are you a child?


Subtitles:

Gitmiyorum. Gitmeyeceğim.
= I am not going. I won’t go.

Ay Can! Çocuk musun sen ya?
= Oh Can, are you a child?

Evet, çocuğum. Çocuğum!
= Yes, I am a child. A child!

= Good gracious!

Vocabulary:

gitmiyorum [=I am not going]
(present continuous negative) from gitmek= to go; to leave

gitmeyeceğim [=I will not go; I will not leave]
(future simple negative) from gitmek= to go; to leave

çocuk [=child; kid]
