97: I don't know how to ride


Şey....Ben binemem
= Um..I can't ride (a bike).

Neden? 
= Why?

Sürmeyi bilmiyorum çünkü
= I  don't know how to ride, that is why.




*Binemem [from Binmek = to ride; to get on (a bike "bisiklete", a bus "otobüs", a horse "at").

*Çünkü= because


Language Tip
The word "Şey" is a filler, spoken in conversation to signal to others that he/she has paused to think but has not yet finished speaking. It is like using "um", "em", or "uh" in English.
